Resumen:
El Proyecto de Investigación “Visibilidad Social de
Cambios Actitudinales y Conductuales en Alumnos Viejos”,
intenta atestiguar la existencia de variaciones observables en
sujetos de 60 años y más que concurren a Cursos/Talleres
en la UNSL y adjudicables a esta situación. Estos cambios
se consideraron en función de los vínculos establecidos
en la situación de aprendizaje con nuevos objetos que se
perciben como logros favorecedores de una revalorización
de sí mismos. Se indagaron en el contexto individual y
familiar del alumno viejo. En este Proyecto se extiende la visibilidad
social a la percepción de allegados no familiares. El marco
teórico está basado en la teoría Psicoanalítica
con sus distintas corrientes. El tipo de estudio será descriptivo-interpretativo
y se trabajará con una muestra de 30 personas del círculo
de amistades de los alumnos viejos. Los instrumentos de recolección
de datos serán básicamente entrevistas semiestructuradas.
El análisis de los datos será esencialmente cualitativo
y para la comparación se realizará una triangulación
de fuentes provenientes de los 3 contextos mencionados. Este Proyecto
pretende producir un mayor conocimiento de las potencialidades,
capacidades y posibilidades de cambio de este colectivo; divulgarlo
para que trasciendan los límites del ámbito académico,
sean rescatados por los medios masivos de comunicación
y lleguen al público en general, con la intención
de colaborar en la modificación del imaginario social donde
la significación de la vejez está teñida
aún de mitos, estereotipos y/o prejuicios negativos y desvalorizantes.

Abstract:
The research project “Social visualization of attitudinal
and behavioural changes in old-age students” aims at showing
the existence of observable variations in people of 60 and older,
who attend workshops at UNSL. These changes are considered according
to the links established with new objects in the learning situation
which are seen as positive achievements. The individual and familiar
context of the old-aged student were also studied. In this investigation
the social aspects include the perception of acquaintances. The
theoretical framework is based on the “Psychoanalytic Theory”
and its different lines. The study will be descriptive- interpretative
and the sample will be made up of 30 people from a friendship’s
circle of old-aged students. The data will be collected by semi-structured
interviews and its analysis will mainly be qualitative. To compare
the data a source triangulation of the three contexts mentioned
will be made. The main purpose is to deepen the knowledge of the
potentialities, abilities and possibilities of changing of this
group. This knowledge acquired is intended to go beyond the limits
of the academic setting, to get mass-media and to reach the audience
in general in order to contribute with the modification of social
imaginary in which the old age is full of myths, stereotypes and
prejudices.
