Resumen: Esta Investigación procura relevar, procesar, actualizar y difundir Información acerca del Proyecto Educativo- Laboral en relación a la carrera elegida, en el trayecto de 3º y 5º año de los estudios universitarios, como así también, las implicancias subjetivas en términos vocacionales, a fin de poder definir estrategias para poder ayudar, apoyar a los Jóvenes en la permanencia - continuidad y finalización de la carrera. El trabajo investigativo se realizará sobre la base de diferentes dispositivos metodológicos a saber: • Cuestionario elaborado a tal fin. • Entrevistas a los alumnos a fin de conocer aspectos vinculados a la organización del tiempo y espacio para el estudio, grupos de pertenencia y motivos de la elección. • Grupos Operativos de OVO para explorar aspectos psicosociales y culturales, sobre la problemática de la carrera y la transición de la Universidad al mundo del trabajo. Desde esta perspectiva se abordará la problemática, como un proceso continuo - permanente e integral. En consecuencia el accionar estará dirigido a intervenir en dos niveles de la población universitaria, 3º y 5º año de las carreras de la Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, donde la posibilidad de definir o redefinir proyectos podrá tomarse como un indicador del trabajo intra-subjetivo e intersubjetivo que ha realizado el sujeto en relación a la construcción de la Identidad Ocupacional.

Educational-labor project for the school of Human Sciences Undergraduates in their 3rd and 5th year at the National University of San Luis: Current Condition. Possible Alternatives of Prevention and Intervention.

Abstract: The objective of this research project is to survey, process, update and spread information about this educational - labor project in relation to the study field chosen by students who attend 3rd and 5th. year as well as the subjective implications in the process of choice and decision. This is to define strategies aimed at helping students to continue and complete their studies. The information will be collected by means of : a- questionnaires, b- students’ interviews to know how they organize themselves as regards time and space, who they study with and why they choose that study group, c- operative groups of OVO to explore psychosocial and cultural aspects, the problems of the course of study and the transition from University to the world of work. From this perspective, this issue will be dealt with as a continuous, permanent and integral process and it will involve two levels of School of Human Sciences population: 3rd and 5th year. The results obtained will be submitted to pertinent entities such as the Ministry of Education, universities and other government organizations in order to cooperate with the implementation of adequate policies related to this field.
